WATER TREATMENT
Clean water. Every drop. Every day.
RO+UV purification, water softeners, iron removal, Sewage Treatment Plants, and rainwater harvesting — custom-designed for Odisha's water conditions.
Designed for Odisha water profiles
Odisha municipal supply can have TDS above 300–600 mg/L depending on the season and district. Borewell water in coastal and mining-belt areas often carries iron, fluoride, and elevated hardness. A one-size-fits-all filter will not work — we test your source before recommending a system.
Commercial systems — hotels, hospitals, schools, factories — have regulatory obligations beyond the home. We design STP and ETP systems that meet Odisha Pollution Control Board Class A discharge standards and prepare the documentation for OPCB consent applications.
Our solutions
RO purification systems
Reverse osmosis membranes that remove dissolved solids, heavy metals, hardness, and nitrates. Sized from 10 L/hr (home) to 1,000+ L/hr (commercial).
UV disinfection
UV sterilisation that eliminates bacteria, viruses, and cysts — added to RO or as a standalone when TDS is within range but bacteriological contamination is a concern.
Water softeners
Ion-exchange softeners that remove calcium and magnesium hardness — extending the life of geysers, washing machines, and boilers significantly.
Iron & fluoride removal
Specific filter media for iron, manganese, and fluoride removal — common in borewell water across Khordha and Puri districts.
Sewage Treatment Plant (STP)
Biological treatment systems for domestic sewage at apartments, hotels, and institutions. OPCB-compliant. Treated water reused for flushing and gardening.
Rainwater harvesting
Roof collection, filtration chambers, and underground storage or recharge pits. Supplements 40–50% of non-potable water needs; improves borewell levels.

BIS (IS 10500) specifies a desirable limit of 500 mg/L and a maximum permissible limit of 2000 mg/L. Odisha municipal supply often falls in the 200–600 mg/L range, but borewells in some districts can exceed 1000 mg/L with iron and fluoride contamination. We test your source water before recommending a system.

RO removes dissolved solids, heavy metals, and hardness but does not guarantee microbial sterility at all operating pressures. UV is added when the source has seasonal or consistent bacteriological contamination — common with borewell and open well sources. For municipal piped supply with regular chlorination, a standalone RO may suffice.

An STP (Sewage Treatment Plant) treats domestic sewage — biological waste from kitchens and bathrooms — for discharge or reuse. An ETP (Effluent Treatment Plant) treats industrial process wastewater containing chemicals, oils, or heavy metals. Both must meet Odisha Pollution Control Board (OPCB) discharge standards.
-
Yes. Any commercial or industrial installation generating over a certain volume of effluent requires OPCB consent-to-establish and consent-to-operate. We prepare the technical documentation for consent applications. All our STP designs meet OPCB Class A discharge standards.

Typically every 2–3 years for residential RO membranes, and every 1–2 years for commercial systems under higher load. Pre-filters (sediment and carbon) need replacement every 6–12 months. Our AMC plan includes filter replacement reminders and discounted parts.
